LIVING OUR VALUES

Through our 70 year history, we have been driven by our values of integrity, passion, excellence, team work, innovation and work ethic.

They started with our founder, Lynn Johnson, in 1953 and they are not just words on a poster but deeply rooted principles that guide our actions and help define our culture. Our values are not only a reflection of our history and our founders’ legacy, but they also represent our vision for the future – they are what we aspire to live out every day.

The Inclusion & Diversity Council

We are excited to announce the launch of our Inclusion & Diversity Council at Johnson Brothers. Our council members were nominated by leaders in each of our markets, across various functions, and represent a broad spectrum of diversity within our organization. We look forward to sharing more throughout the year as this group works to advance our Inclusion & Diversity efforts at Johnson Brothers.

THE INCLUSION & DIVERSITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SPONSORS

“As Executive Sponsors, we are excited to partner with our new Inclusion & Diversity Council on this important journey and are committed to ensuring Inclusion & Diversity remains a top priority,” said Yale Johnson, Vice President of Johnson Brothers. “Every team member, regardless of who they are or what they do, should be equally supported, represented, and heard at Johnson Brothers.”

Focused On Learning and Development

The goal of the Johnson Brothers Learning Academy is to be better than yesterday – we take a contemporary and comprehensive approach to learning and development. This includes on-boarding, technology, sales fundamentals, and industry, wine and spirits education including advanced certifications.

All of our learning is centered around our people who live our values every day and ensure that we continue to deliver excellent service to our customers, something we’ve been doing since 1953.

Involved In Our Communities

As a family company, we know how important it is to give back. We support the Ronald McDonald House Charities and sponsor a scholarship for future entrepreneurs at the University of Minnesota and you can see our teamwork culture in action organizing food packing events, holiday giving campaigns and river clean-ups.

Empowering Impactful Women Leaders

Women In Leadership is an organization that represents an inclusive, equitable and diverse community that encourages the unique voices of all female team members of Johnson Brothers. Through effecting change, stewardship and programming, we will develop and promote Women in Leadership throughout Johnson Brothers to contribute to the overall company success.
