Celebrating Black History Month

Black History Month is for not only African Americans, but all Americans to take time out to learn and acknowledge what the generations before us went through and fought for.

Black History Month is also a time to rejoice and celebrate, while also thanking those before us for giving us hope and passing down life lessons that can be used in the present day. The history about African Americans isn’t just about bad times, it’s about integrity, leadership, and determination. I could go on forever explaining what Black History Month means to me, and there still wouldn’t be enough time. Working with Johnson Brothers as the lead receptionist has been great. As an employee I feel valued and happy that I have devoted my time and energy with this company.”
