The mission of the Women In Leadership organization at Johnson Brothers is to empower impactful women leaders. To kick off 2020, we held a town hall meeting introducing our new Chief Human Resources Officer, Jessica Schilling. In addition to welcoming Jessica, pictured with members of our MN leadership team, we highlighted our plans for the year, building on the foundation we started in Minnesota in 2019. Driving forward in 2020, our most exciting endeavor is bringing Women In Leadership to all of our branches across our network. In the month of March, we are excited to celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month by highlighting and honoring women across the country. Their self-advocacy, integrity and fostering of a supportive community represents the core values of Johnson Brothers Women In Leadership.
