Johnson Brothers Expands Partnership with Rémy Cointreau USA

Johnson Brothers has signed a new agreement with Rémy Cointreau USA to expand distribution beyond Wisconsin and Iowa to include Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska effective April 1.

“We are delighted to extend our partnership with Johnson Brothers. We were impressed by their vision for the future, understanding of our brand strategy and alignment on ways of working, all of which were key to us making this decision for the future success of our business,” said Ian McLernon, President & CEO Rémy Cointreau Americas.

With the relationship expanding across the Upper Midwest, Johnson Brothers is embracing their role in fostering growth across the region.

“Mark Hubler, President & CEO of Johnson Brothers, went on to say, “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Rémy Cointreau across the Midwest and look forward to working together to grow their great brands. Remy Cointreau offers a range of exceptional products, in key growth categories, and we appreciate the opportunity to execute, activate and build their brands in the marketplace.”

About Rémy Cointreau:
All around the world, there are clients seeking exceptional experiences; clients for whom a wide range of terroirs means a variety of flavors. Their exacting standards are proportional to our expertise – the finely-honed skills that we pass down from generation to generation. The time these clients devote to drinking our products is a tribute to all those who have worked to develop them. It is for these men and women that Rémy Cointreau, a family-owned French Group, protects its terroirs, cultivates exceptional multi-centenary spirits and undertakes to preserve their eternal modernity. The Group’s portfolio includes 13 unique brands: Rémy Martin and Louis XIII cognacs, Cointreau liqueur, Champagne Telmont, METAXA Greek spirit, Mount Gay rum, St-Rémy brandy, The Botanist gin, and our collection of single-malt whiskies (Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte and Octomore from Islay, Westland from Seattle and Domaine des Hautes Glaces from the French Alps). Rémy Cointreau has a single ambition: becoming the world leader in exceptional spirits. To this end, it relies on the commitment and creativity of its 1,900 employees and on its distribution subsidiaries established in the Group’s strategic markets. Rémy Cointreau is listed on Euronext Paris.
