St. Paul, MN –December 4, 2019 – Jessica Schilling has joined Johnson Brothers as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Schilling comes to Johnson Brothers from HEINEKEN USA, where she led HR for the past three years. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in a series of HR leadership and employee communications roles at Diageo North America. She brings strong industry experience and a passion for developing people, building diverse, high performing teams, and unlocking company culture in order to help drive engagement and business performance. Schilling will be responsible for the national HR team, overseeing among other things talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, communications and safety.
