Mark Hubler is the Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Brothers. With over two decades of experience in the beverage industry, Mark brings a wealth of leadership expertise to his role. Before assuming his current position in 2015, he spent 17 years in various leadership roles at Diageo, culminating in his role as President, US. Mark’s career has also spanned the non-alcohol consumer packaged goods industry, including notable tenures at Coca-Cola and Quaker Oats. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Jack Edwards is the President of Johnson Brothers, where he drives the company’s differentiated commercial approach focused on execution, accountability, and transparency with supplier partners. He brings extensive expertise in driving growth and leading high-performing teams. Before joining Johnson Brothers, Jack was President of North America for illycaffè and spent two decades at Diageo in leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Sales and National Accounts for The Diageo Beer Company USA. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and began his career as an auditor at KPMG.

Victoria Snyder is the President of Transformation, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer at Johnson Brothers. She oversees operations, supply chain, company strategy, and transformation initiatives, helping to shape Johnson Brothers’ long-term direction and drive key priorities, including supplier development, integration, and growth.

Victoria joined Johnson Brothers in 2020 and was named COO and CSO in 2022. She brings over 15 years of industry experience, including senior leadership roles at Treasury Wine Estates/Foster’s Group, where she most recently served as President of the Americas. Earlier, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Victoria holds a PhD from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

George joined Johnson Brothers in 2022 to oversee the entire commercial organization including sales, national accounts, sales strategy, category development and e-commerce teams. Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, he was Vice President of Sales, Northern Region Gallo for 12 years. George first joined Gallo in October 1991 as a Field Sales Representative and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility over the past 30 years. In 2007, he was appointed Vice President, General Manager of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. In 2010, George assumed his role as Gallo’s Northern Area Vice President of Sales. George earned his BA in American History from Harvard University and his MBA in Marketing and International Business from Columbia Business School.

Doug Peters joined Johnson Brothers in 2017 as Executive Vice President of Finance.  Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, Doug spent seven years with Reyes Holdings out of Chicago as the CFO of Great Lakes Coca-Cola and CFO of Reinhart Foodservice.  Prior to Reyes Holdings, Doug spent thirteen years with Kellogg Company with his last position being the CFO of Kellogg International.  Doug received his BBA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Rita Seguin joined Johnson Brothers as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. She is responsible for executing the company’s business strategy, building its talent, capabilities, and organizational design. Prior to this role, Rita worked for Tilray Brands, a leading cannabis-focused wellness company, where she held the position of Global Chief Human Resource Officer for three years. She also held a series of senior HR leadership roles for Diageo, North America. Rita graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Jeff joined Johnson Brothers in 2018 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to Johnson Brothers, Jeff was Chief Information Officer for the Valspar Corporation and spent 17 years in various department and leadership roles within IT at Johnson Controls in Milwaukee. He began his career working as an IT consultant for Keane Inc. Jeff received his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Marquette University.

Steven Reeves joined Johnson Brothers in 2019 although his career in the hospitality industry began at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management. After receiving his BS in 1997 he became the Assistant GM and Assistant Maitre d’ of Le Circque restaurant in Manhattan. Steven received his JD from the University of Minnesota in 2004. After law school Steven worked in private practice, first at Gray Plant Mooty and then at Faegre & Benson (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP). Steven become a corporate partner at Faegre in 2013 where he gained significant expertise in cross border M&A and other complex commercial transactions. In 2017, Steven joined Optum, a UnitedHealth Group subsidiary, and helped them sell their Canadian EAP business unit to LifeWorks, a UK company, which he later joined in 2018 as General Counsel. LifeWorks was acquired by Morneau Shepell, a Canadian consulting company in 2018, and Steven stayed on as Vice President of Legal until joining Johnson Brothers as its General Counsel in 2019.

Dwayne Kratt joined Johnson Brothers in 2022 to oversee government affairs. Prior to Johnson Brothers, he worked at Diageo serving as the state government affairs representative for a region that spanned from Maryland to Maine and included South Carolina. Before joining Diageo in 2008, Dwayne worked for Miller Brewing, where his responsibilities included issues management and regulatory and government affairs. Dwayne also worked in the New Jersey legislature, ran various state and federal political campaigns, and worked in the U.S. Congress. He graduated from Albion College where he majored in political science and history.
