Mark Hubler

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mark Hubler is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Brothers, where he leads the Executive Leadership team and sets the strategic direction and operating plan for the organization. With over two decades of experience in the beverage industry, Mark brings a wealth of leadership expertise to his role. Before assuming his current position in 2015, he spent 17 years in various leadership roles at Diageo, culminating in his role as President, US. Mark's career has also spanned the non-alcohol consumer packaged goods industry, including notable tenures at Coca-Cola and Quaker Oats. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and resides in Minnesota with his wife, Jama.

Victoria Snyder

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer

Victoria Snyder joined Johnson Brothers in February 2020 and her role was expanded to Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer in January 2022. Victoria oversees operations and supply chain for Johnson Brothers, as well as driving the Company strategy development and execution, together with the executive team. Victoria brings more than 15 years of experience in the wine, spirits & beer industry, having served in a broad range of roles spanning General Management, Supply Chain, Strategy, Sales and Finance at Treasury Wine Estates/Foster’s Group. Most recently, Victoria was President of the Americas for Treasury Wine Estates. She began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and holds a PhD in Engineering from Northwestern University.

Rita Seguin

Chief Human Resources Officer

Rita Seguin joined Johnson Brothers as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. She is responsible for executing the company’s business strategy, building its talent, capabilities, and organizational design. Prior to this role, Rita worked for Tilray Brands, a leading cannabis-focused wellness company, where she held the position of Global Chief Human Resource Officer for three years. She also held a series of senior HR leadership roles for Diageo, North America. Rita graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Doug Peters

Executive Vice President of Finance

Doug Peters joined Johnson Brothers in 2017 as Executive Vice President of Finance.  Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, Doug spent seven years with Reyes Holdings out of Chicago as the CFO of Great Lakes Coca-Cola and CFO of Reinhart Foodservice.  Prior to Reyes Holdings, Doug spent thirteen years with Kellogg Company with his last position being the CFO of Kellogg International.  Doug received his BBA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Doug has been married to his wife, Karen, for thirty years, and he has two adult children, Sidney and Jake.

Jeff Gerber

Chief Information Officer

Jeff joined Johnson Brothers in 2018 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to Johnson Brothers, Jeff was Chief Information Officer for the Valspar Corporation and spent 17 years in various department and leadership roles within IT at Johnson Controls in Milwaukee. He began his career working as an IT consultant for Keane Inc. Jeff received his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Marquette University. He currently resides in Plymouth, MN with his wife and two daughters.

Steven Reeves

General Counsel

Steven Reeves joined Johnson Brothers in 2019 although his career in the hospitality industry began at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management. After receiving his BS in 1997 he became the Assistant GM and Assistant Maitre d' of Le Circque restaurant in Manhattan. Steven received his JD from the University of Minnesota in 2004. After law school Steven worked in private practice, first at Gray Plant Mooty and then at Faegre & Benson (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP). Steven become a corporate partner at Faegre in 2013 where he gained significant expertise in cross border M&A and other complex commercial transactions. In 2017, Steven joined Optum, a UnitedHealth Group subsidiary, and helped them sell their Canadian EAP business unit to LifeWorks, a UK company, which he later joined in 2018 as General Counsel. LifeWorks was acquired by Morneau Shepell, a Canadian consulting company in 2018, and Steven stayed on as Vice President of Legal until joining Johnson Brothers as its General Counsel in 2019. Steven lives in Victoria, MN with his wife of 20 years and their two children.

Kevin Loegering

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Kevin has been with Johnson Brothers since 1994; he started as our Corporate Controller and transitioned to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to Johnson Brothers, Kevin spent five years working as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and three years as Director of Corporate Reporting with Lend Lease Trucks. Kevin received his BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. He has two adult children and resides in the Twin Cities area with his wife of 30 years.

Dwayne Kratt

Vice President of External Affairs

Dwayne Kratt joined Johnson Brothers in 2022 to oversee government affairs and legislative policy. Prior to Johnson Brothers, he worked at Diageo serving as the state government affairs representative for a region that spanned from Maryland to Maine and included South Carolina. Before joining Diageo in 2008, Dwayne worked for Miller Brewing, where his responsibilities included issues management, regulatory and government affairs, and industry communications. He also spent time in the New Jersey legislature, in political campaign management, and in the U.S. Congress. He graduated from Albion College where he majored in political science and history, and now lives in Lodi, Wisconsin with his wife, Stacy, and daughter, Azrael.

Sales Leadership

George Marsden

Chief Commercial Officer

George joined Johnson Brothers in 2022 to oversee the entire commercial organization including sales, national accounts, sales strategy, category development and e-commerce teams. Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, he was Vice President of Sales, Northern Region for EJ Gallo Winery for 12 years. George first joined Gallo in October 1991 as a Field Sales Representative and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility over the past 30 years. In 2007, he was appointed Vice President, General Manager of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. In 2010, George assumed his role as Gallo’s Northern Area Vice President of Sales. George earned his BA in American History from Harvard University and his MBA in Marketing and International Business from Columbia Business School. George and his wife, Helen, and their daughter, Morrissey, reside in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – with lots of visits to our various branches across the country.

Doug McIntosh

Executive Vice President

Doug McIntosh joined Johnson Brothers in 1997 as Vice President. He is currently the Executive VP for Johnson Brothers. Doug started his career in the wine and spirits industry with a distributor in Boston, MA after graduating with a BA degree from University of MA, Framingham. Later, Doug joined E&J Gallo Winery where he spent 16 years in numerous sales leadership and marketing positions to include his last assignment as Vice President of Sales, Western Region based in Modesto, California.

AJ Atta

Executive Vice President & General Manager of Minnesota

AJ joined Johnson Brothers in November 2016 as the Vice President of National Accounts. Currently, AJ is the Executive Vice President & General Manager of Minnesota. Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, he had a 17-year supplier career working across Beam Suntory, PepsiCo, and Diageo in escalating cross functional leadership roles including Sales & Distributor Management, Marketing, National Accounts, Category Management and Commercial Strategy. AJ received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in political science and marketing at Illinois Wesleyan University. He resides in the Twin Cities area with his wife of 8 years and their son.

Gary Charmel

Western Regional President

Gary began his career at Johnson Brothers in 2004 as general manager of Johnson Brothers of Nevada. Prior to Johnson Brothers, Gary held a number of sales leadership roles in the northeast during a 14 year career with E&J Gallo Winery. Prior to Gallo, Gary started his beverage sales career with Pepsi Bottling Group in New Jersey. Gary received his BA from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Las Vegas with his wife.

Frank Galante

Eastern Regional President

Frank started his career at Johnson Brothers in 2005 as General Sales Manager of Johnson Brothers of Florida. He is currently our Region President for the East. Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, Frank held numerous sales leadership roles with the E&J Gallo winery in Europe, Texas, and throughout Florida. Frank received his BA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He currently resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife of 28 years.

Brandon Scott

Central Regional President

Brandon Scott joined Johnson Brothers in 2022 to execute the commercial strategy across North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Indiana. Before Johnson Brothers, he worked at E&J Gallo Winery, where he most recently served as Managing Director overseeing the entire commercial business for the Midwest Region. He joined the wine and spirits industry in 2001 as a Sales Consultant for Premier Beverage Company, Miami, Florida before joining Windham Distributing Company in Wilmington, NC as a Field Sales Manager. Following his time with Windham, Brandon held multiple retail and on-premise supplier and distributor leadership roles, managing portfolios such as Diageo, Bacardi, Brown Forman, and Jackson Family Estates, amongst others. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Business Administration. Brandon currently resides in Naperville, Illinois with his wife, Sara, and his three sons, Tyler, Bennett, and Weston.
