Meet Ashley Solomon
As General Manager of our Florida operations, Ashley brings over 15 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry. She began her career with the E&J Gallo Winery in Georgia, later serving as State Manager of Maryland before joining Johnson Brothers in 2016 as a Retail Area Manager. Ashley quickly advanced to Retail Division Manager, where she led a team of 130 and played a key role in the successful integration of the Constellation brands into the Gallo portfolio. In 2022, she was promoted to Director of National Accounts, where she drove growth with key national customers and strengthened supplier partnerships. Based in Tampa, Ashley leads with a focus on strategic execution, customer collaboration, and team development to drive continued growth across the Florida market.
