Meet Andrew Stegall
As State Director for Oregon, Andrew Stegall leads Johnson Brothers Collective operations across the state, bringing extensive experience in beverage alcohol sales, supplier management, and market development. Andrew joined Johnson Brothers in 2026 as Oregon State Director. Prior to Johnson Brothers, he held leadership positions with both Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and RNDC, serving as Sales Director and Division Manager, respectively. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in distributor operations, supplier partnerships, and driving growth across diverse beverage alcohol portfolios. Based in Oregon, Andrew leads with a focus on customer success, supplier collaboration, and sustainable market growth. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and has earned his Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS) designation as well as WSET Level II certification.
