Johnson Brothers has been proudly servicing the Tar Heel State since 1975. Our state headquarters is in Raleigh, where we first got our start in the Triangle over 35 years ago. In 2001, we began a North Carolina expansion plan by entering the Greensboro/Winston Salem Triad Area. We also expanded our footprint in Charlotte and the surrounding area in April of 2009. Finally, in 2018, we were thrilled to acquire Mutual Distributing and Epiphany Wine Company.

Meet Matt Galligan
As General Manager of our Iowa operations, Matt brings 15 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry. Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, he held roles at Total Wine and Target, where he developed expertise in efficiencies and process management. Based in Des Moines, Matt leads our team with a focus on team building and strengthening customer and supplier relationships, ensuring strong service and growth across the state of Iowa.
