St. Paul, MN –February 25, 2020 – Victoria Snyder has joined Johnson Brothers as Executive Vice President, Operations & Chief Strategy Officer. In this new role, Victoria will oversee operations and supply chain for Johnson Brothers, as well as drive the Company strategy development and execution, together with the executive team. Victoria brings more than 15 years of experience in the wine, spirits & beer industry, having served in a broad range of roles spanning General Management, Supply Chain, Strategy, Sales and Finance at Treasury Wine Estates/Foster’s Group. Most recently, Victoria was President of the Americas for Treasury Wine Estates. She began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and holds a PhD in Engineering from Northwestern University.

In addition, Andrew Johnson has been promoted to Vice President, Operations, at Johnson Brothers. In this new role, Andrew will report to Victoria and provide leadership and oversight to several of our branch operations teams across our network. Andrew will also continue to manage several corporate operations teams located in Minnesota, including fleet operations, routing and logistics, facilities, security, office management and graphics. He is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota and has been part of our Johnson Brothers Operations team for the past seven years.
